Music production payment options for Stir Crazy clients:

I prefer to receive all of my pay upfront. I normally will only correspond through email, that way both parties have date stamped records. I only accept United States dollars USD, unless otherwise specified.

The easiest way to pay for music production and beats is through Paypal.com. I also accept money orders, Western Union and personal checks.

I ask that all payments be made out as personal transactions not as purchases, but if you are required to fill out the payment as a purchase for your business I will add an additional $4.00USD to the total cost of services to make up the difference in sales tax.

Please be sure to inform me of which way you intend to pay upon requesting work from me.

Steps of paying via Paypal.com

Step 1: Log into Paypal.com and choose the Send money tab in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Choose the personal tab in the payment options.

Step 3: Choose to send the money as a gift.
(I ask for gift sending because otherwise I do not receive the full payment. If you wish to pay me as a purchase of services, I will add $4.00USD to the total cost in order to make up sales tax. Please keep this in mind when asking me for services.)

Step 4: Fill out my email address ( StirCrazySPP@yahoo.com ) as the recipient and the amount agreed upon for payment. Please make sure it's in USD currency, and then send the payment.

Pricing per beat (unless otherwise noted):

I want to do something different as I been noticing some people can not afford my normal beat prices. I completely understand that a lot of artists are trying to scrap up money just to feed themselves and/or family. Times are rough and I feel that people should not have to choose a beat over food, clothing etc.

Some my beat prices are a bit high for local artists and the struggling but very talented people in internet land. I don't want the people that have less money to not be able to purchase a track. Even though I have free beats posted around and lots of stuff for others to rip... sometimes its better for a artists to have exclusives. Some want beats that not everyone has a chance to grab and that's perfectly fine.

What I decided to do for the next month or so is to give others a chance to NAME THERE PRICE. You tell me how much you want to pay for a specific Stir Crazy beat! Always make your offer as if you are only going to get one chance to submit it. Take your time and make sure you thought it through.

I might not accept your offer but I will always try to come back with a number of my own and we can negotiate. We can try to come up with something fair on both parts. I don't mind if you low ball but please just explain your reasoning. You might be able to help me more then I can help you. Maybe you have a huge fan base that will get to know me by yourself being on my production. Maybe you can shop my beats to your homies and get some Stir Crazy production on their album, or maybe your just living off minimum wage with two kids. Explain why you deserve to have that (the) beat(s) and how you will use it and school it like none other!

Tell me why you can only afford what you offered and even if its low I might except!! I'm not here to take money from you that you need to pay important bills with. I want you to be able to live and have some great production on your album at the same time. Please understand that it does cost me money and time to make tracks and I have my own bills to pay.. otherwise all Stir Crazy beats would be free.

Most people would avoid taking offers of tracks for fear they will get customers that expect discounts every time... but I am here to GIVE those "discounts". I want you tearing my tracks up and making great music!

I'm not here to get rich! That is not my intentions. I'm here to support the scene, show love to others by helping out to the best of my ability and have a great time making the music that I absolutely adore. If you are looking for some beats and want a chance to offer then hit me up here or at:

We can make this work and fit in your budget one way or another. I don't want excuses anymore saying I wish I could have/would have purchased (insert Stir Crazy beat name) but I couldn't afford it at a certain time. I will even put a beat on hold/ "layaway" for you. After we come up with a number you can pay a deposit to have that beat on hold until you pay the rest off so no one else can cop it. (After 30 days the deposit will be void and you lose not only the beat but your money) Please be smart about your choices!

If you have another creative or helpful idea on how you can grab up a track from me then explain and maybe I will agree and we can do it your way. Barter with me in some way. I'm here for you and to make fresh music. Lets not let anything hold us back anymore.

Exclusive :

~ Right to use the song recorded over the Master Recording for commercial, for-profit and non-commercial.

~ Right to use a Master Recording for for-profit performances or concerts.

~ Right to use a Master Recording for unlimited radio broadcasts.

~ Right to license out a Master Recording for commercial use or exploitation.

~Any Stir-Crazy production that contain samples from copyrighted works are "uncleared” and it is the licensee's responsibility to obtain sample clearance if so is desired/needed for commercial release.

All beats will be delivered in high quality .wav stereo channel format or any other format needed (that is available).

For an additional fee beats can be sent out tracked out and separated. Any sound tagged audio signatures will be removed in the .wav file minus ONE (1) at the beginning of the production piece.

An audio disk, dvd or other can also be supplied with the production for an additional free if needed. (The song file can be delivered digitally FREE)

All proper production credit on albums and listing of the track featuring the productions must be listed as www.StirCrazyMusic.com or Stir Crazy.

Purchasing exclusive production does not allow you to re-sell the BEAT BY ITSELF nor transfer any of the rights of the production to another party. After purchasing the beat it will removed from the page. You own the recording as a "work made for hire".


Custom Beats:

A price can be determined with the info given by yourself.

Non- Exclusive

1) The Stir-Crazy beat/s available as Non- Exclusive for sale as .mp3 or .wav download and non exclusive license remain the property of Stir-Crazy and are licensed, not sold, to you for use in a new recording with vocals added.

*Any Stir-Crazy production that contain samples from copyrighted works are "uncleared” and it is the licensee's responsibility to obtain sample clearance if so is desired/needed for commercial release.

2) The Licensor (Stir-Crazy) grants the licensee (purchaser of production work/s) permission to alter any Stir-Crazy related to this agreement to suit the individual needs of the new track recorded with the licensed beat.

3) This license does not authorize the distribution of any Stir-Crazy music production without vocals added on the original recording being sold/distributed.

Vocals must be recorded onto the Stir-Crazy production prior to distribution whether sold or free!

4) The licensee may use the Stir-Crazy production piece in compositions such as, making demos, mixtapes, remixes, records and "other" such as live performances. The licensee may sell up to 2,500 cd's or downloads of the new recording at which time the licensee is asked and needed to renew the non exclusive license.

5) The non exclusive Stir-Crazy beat price gives the buyer an untagged (minus first tag) .mp3/.wav file of the Stir-Crazy beat/s purchased and permission (license) to record vocals on the beat and sell or give away in cd form for promotion as well as display online and sell the final product on there own site or online retailers.

6) The Stir-Crazy beats are licensed 'as is' and the licenser can not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of beats licensed from Stir-Crazy in .mp3 or .wav form.

7) Completion of a Stir-Crazy .mp3/.wav download/non- exclusive license means acceptance of these terms of the www.StirCrazyMusic.com Non-License Agreement.

Your Pay Pal receipt acts as proof of your non exclusive Stir-Crazy beat/s license purchase so be sure to save your Pay Pal receipts.

9) You are requested to list credits as : "Beat provided by Stir Crazy" or "Production by www.StirCrazyMusic.com" on any cd track listing or mixtape/liner notes/websites/videos/promotion/promotional materials and anywhere else the musical piece with the production is added.
